General terms

1. I reserve the right to decline a commission if I don't feel I can do the job properly. 

2. I strongly do not accept offensive themed commissions.

3. Results can vary from the samples because my artistic style is constantly evolving, but I always do my best to offer you a commission you'll be happy with. 

4. Please tell me if you want me to keep your commission secret (no wips on social media, no stream, no post).

5. If you don't respect these terms, you'll be blacklisted. (But I'm sure that won't happen, will it?)

PAYMENT

1. Payment with PayPal only. 

2. Prices are in €.

3. Payment must be done before I start working on your commission. I won't start until I received the payment.

4. Engage in the commission process only if you are able to pay. If you are a minor, have the consent of the adult who will pay.

Process​

1. Fill this form (here) or contact me on one of my social networks (+ Discord Esiane#2655) 

2. If you don't provide a proper image reference, please note that your commission is a character design commission.

3. If you don't ask for a specific composition / position, I'll take my own liberty with it. Please note that it is probably when I'm free that I can give the best results.

4. You will receive wips during the whole creation process. I will ask you to validate the wip.

5. You can ask for 3 editings during the whole commission process.

6. I won't do more editings on a step you already validated. 

7. After the line has started, I won't be able to do big changes.

8. You will receive a full resolution digital file of your commission.

9. You can expect your commission to be done within a month, but it can varies depending on your commission type and on my own professional schedule. 

10. If you want the commission to be done within a short deadline, let me know and I'll tell you if I can do it or not. Rush fees can be involved.

CReDITS & Commercial use

1. Commissions are for personal use only. It means you can repost your commissioned artwork with proper credit, use it as a wallpaper, print the art for a personnal use, as long as you don't use it in the purpose to make money in some way. However, if you want to use the art as promotion content, to use it as a stream asset or to create merch with it, this is considered as commercial use and you need to take a commercial fees add-on. Double the price and you have the commission price with commercial fees. 

2. Even with commercial fees, you are not allowed to resell the artwork you commissioned me. (This does not apply to merch.)

3. Even with commercial fees, you're not authorized to use my artwork for NFTs and other cryptocurrency. 

4. Please do not alter my work without permission. Ask me if you want to colour a sketch commission for example. 

5. You can't claim full credit for one of my artworks. You have the ownership of the artwork, but I'm still free to post it on social media and to use it in a portfolio or website.

Canceling & Refunding​

1. The only time you can cancel your commission is before I start working on it. If you already paid the commission, you'll receive a refund only if the previous condition is met.

2. There is no refund possible once I have started the sketch, except in the case I think I'm not able to finish your order anymore. In that case, you'll receive a refund.
